Question 1

How do I confirm Tesla audio fitment before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Send the vehicle model, year, trim, factory audio package, and photos of the relevant speaker or amplifier connectors to cs@lightharmonic.com before forcing parts into place.

Question 2

Are Light Harmonic Tesla speaker upgrades DIY friendly?

Accepted Answer

Most speaker upgrades are designed for DIY installation in the listed Tesla factory locations. Tesla revisions can create small fitment differences, so support photos are useful before installation.

Question 3

Are amplifier upgrades beginner DIY products?

Accepted Answer

No. TAS amplifier installations are intermediate to advanced work involving amplifier access, trim removal, wiring, and electronics handling. Installation manuals and optional support are available.

Question 4

When should I expect order processing and tracking updates?

Accepted Answer

Speaker orders usually require three business days for processing and pre-shipment QC. Amplifier or electronic orders usually require up to five business days. Shipping labels may be created before carrier scans begin.

Question 5

What happens if a part does not fit after troubleshooting?

Accepted Answer

Contact support with photos and order details. If the part cannot be installed after review, Light Harmonic can help arrange the correct replacement or exchange within the policy window.
