Signature Required: All orders over $500 USD require signature upon delivery

Package Insurance: Automatic insurance coverage up to $100; additional coverage available

    • Address Changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of order placement

    • Undeliverable Packages: Returned packages due to incorrect addresses subject to reshipping fees

    • Apartment/Suite Numbers: Required for accurate delivery

    • Business Addresses: Include business name and hours of operation

Damaged Items: Inspect packages upon delivery; report damage within 48 hours

Delivery Attempts: Most carriers attempt delivery 3 times before return
